Arizona Supreme court has overturned Jan Brewer’s removal of Colleen Mathis, chair of the state redistricting committee stating that Brewer’s removal letter failed to demonstrate that Colleen Mathis engaged in conduct that gave Brewer constitutional grounds for removal.
